About The Position

This role involves gathering, researching, and defining product and business requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, and coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations, and opportunities. The position focuses on expanding and enhancing technical offerings and/or cloud-based business growth, analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection, and managing the IT and/or cloud-based product life cycle. Responsibilities include strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution to ensure sales and partner teams are equipped for success. The role also aims to create awareness and increase service adoption for target market segments, boost sales by leading calls with key customers, develop tools to support the sales team, and identify opportunities for increased success. Additionally, the position involves developing and interpreting information to assist management with decision-making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • OR Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • One year of experience in owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams
  • One year of experience in prioritizing complex deliverables while understanding technical concepts, managing trade-offs, and leading meetings with technical and business leaders
  • One year of experience in utilizing data to manage metrics, drive process improvements, and implement business cases
  • One year of experience in software product management
  • Up to 25% domestic and/or international travel may be required
