Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics), Supervisory experience
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Build enterprise B2B agentic platform partnering with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Managers from Walmart B2B domains.
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer and operational needs and developing clear priorities.
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead product strategy formulation using data-driven insights and AI product knowledge to identify new value opportunities.
  • Build scalable processes to gather and analyze customer experiences, optimizing product journeys and operational workflows.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to secure resources, remove obstacles, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Promote continuous improvement through rapid prototyping, lean experimentation, and performance measurement.
