Principal Patient Safety Officer
About The Position
The Principal Patient Safety Officer at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA, is a Full Time position working 8-hour Day shifts. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating the South Bay Community patient safety program under the general supervision of the South Bay Director of Risk and Regulatory. The program manager may be primarily located at one of the acute ministries within the South Bay (San Pedro or Torrance) but will be expected to work throughout the continuum of the South Bay Community. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
- 5 years Acute care hospital experience.
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
- Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) upon hire.
- 2 years Patient safety experience.
