HP Services is transforming to a modular services continuum, shifting from fragmented offers to a scalable portfolio of configurable services that deliver outcomes tailored to unique customer and channel needs. This role sits at the center of HP’s services —bridging strategy, product portfolio design, and execution to enable a scalable modular services continuum that is simple to sell, easy to entitle and deliver, and designed to maximize long-term customer value. This role serves as a key product management architect and integrator across Lifecycle Services (LCS), Managed Services (MS), and Digital Solutions (DS). The individual will drive the services continuum design framework, consolidated customer journey definition, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring that HP’s modular services are simple to sell, operationally viable, and scalable across HP and the channel ecosystem. The service continuum end goals include: A clear, modular, and scalable services portfolio with no offer duplications A unified journey across customer, partner, and HP experiences Scalable, operationally viable delivery Simple, effective GTM messaging Flexible monetization aligned to customer needs This leader combines strong product marketing acumen with operational depth, translating services continuum strategy into practical, executable processes across HP systems, partner channels, and delivery organizations. This position will be part of a small program management team responsible for developing the business requirements, modular framework, and operational journeys needed to implement the new services continuum.
