About The Position
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems. We are seeking a Principal Member of Technical Staff to provide technical leadership across the company's most important engineering challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Exceptional system design and architecture skills.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure.
- Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale.
- Strong technical leadership and communication.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Fluent English required

- Define architecture for complex, high-impact systems.
