Invariant seeks an experienced marketing executive to lead the firm's marketing and brand program as Marketing, Brand Strategy & External Affairs Principal — someone who thrives at the intersection of PR, brand, communications, business strategy, and external affairs. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of Invariant's firmwide marketing program, strengthening the firm's brand, visibility, thought leadership, and market position in partnership with our leadership. As a critical member of the Operations team, you will be a direct report to the COO, with support in place upon arrival and the ability to hire a manager-level direct report as the function grows. Invariant is a different kind of firm. We view brand communications, corporate reputation, public affairs, and government relations as most effective when working in tandem, crafting a narrative that builds coalitions and moves audiences.
