The CS AI product team focuses on Customer Support x Artificial Intelligence (CSxAI) initiatives, leveraging Generative AI to create intelligent, scalable, and exceptional service experiences. This team develops and enhances AI models, ML services, and tools, including LLM fine-tuning, alignment, optimization, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/Search, LLM evaluation, automated testing, feedback-based learning, and guardrails for various Airbnb applications.
