About The Position

Raytheon Logistics is seeking an independent, self-motivated logistics professional for its Nashua, NH facility. This position reports to a Program Planning Lead and is responsible for providing logistics support and oversight on multiple support programs. The role facilitates the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements. Responsibilities include supporting daily logistics requirements and requests, creating activity logs in ALCS and other system functions, and providing strategic program support, logistics planning, and driving the execution of program requirements and deliverables on schedule and within budget. The logistics professional is expected to work independently on moderately complex problems with moderate oversight and direction. Overtime may be required to accomplish tasks.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in one or more of those areas: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Production, Planning, Manufacturing and/or Warehouse.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

  • Knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous material management
  • Knowledge of DD250 creation and submission
  • Familiar with SAP PRISM

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues and concerns.
  • Work closely and coordinate with Program Management, Program Planners, Site Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Security and Mission Assurance.
  • Support the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements.
  • Support the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program(s) to include providing direction to program logistics coordinators or warehouse functional leads to support program requirements.
  • Work with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives to include contractual sell off requirements with Quality and DCMA.
  • Coordinate and disseminate logistics priorities with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives.
  • May attend program related meetings and support the collection of data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and EAC analysis.
