Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS), F-35 Sustainment HPSI Operating Unit, is seeking a Principal Logistics Management Analyst (Night Shift) to join our team of qualified, diverse professionals supporting F-35 organizational-level maintenance at NAS Lemoore, CA, as well as additional sites including Yuma, Beaufort, and Miramar as needed. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering O-level maintenance support for the F-35 across multiple locations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience as either a technician, or in a maintenance/production control facet or a Masters Degree with 3 years of of aircraft maintenance experience as either a technician, or in a maintenance/production control face.
Previous maintenance or production planning experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical data and blueprint drawings.
Must have an Active Secret Clearance or higher (US Citizenship required), ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.
Must be willing to provide temporary support to our other CLS locations and/or emerging deployments
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include, shift rotation, extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
Able to meet the physical demands of this position, including: regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.
Ability to obtain and maintain F-35C Safe for Flight qualification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

Identify and ensure Aircraft components are applicable to specific aircraft using Logistics Control Number (LCN) bill of material (BOM), coordinate with ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information System) team members to ensure EEL updates (Electronic Equipment Logs) and ALIS issues are resolved.
Use familiarity within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to build Work Orders for maintenance against the aircraft and track them via JCNs (Job Control Numbers).
Write Action Requests (ARs) against ALIS/Parts/Aircraft for issues such as updating ALIS Database for new parts, resolving UNK serial numbers not properly tracked from manufacturing, or requesting further information on MDRs (Maintenance Deviation repairs).
Use knowledge with JTD (Joint-Service Technical Data) to build Work Orders and research part information based on Spec PN/VPN and Cage Code, track any weight and balance changes to the aircraft and ensure AWBS information is relayed to the owning unit.
Track and Push PAIRS against an aircraft using MM_PAIRS, build solution sets and create Maintenance Actions using LCNS.
Flightline Coordinator duties will augment maintenance control and help control the flow of maintenance while keeping up with an aggressive flight schedule.
Serve as the on flightline or flight deck maintenance expeditors, shift maintenance priorities as aircraft availability changes.
Coordinates communication between the squadron and the ships maintenance departments while at sea for combat FOD walks, fuel support, aircraft movement, support equipment and elevator movements.
Manages coordination of aircraft Ship Inertial Navigation System (SINS) alignments with the ship while at sea.
