About The Position

The Cathy Family Principal Program Lead supports the longevity and prosperity of the Cathy Family Enterprise by creating, delivering, and enhancing educational programs that equip family members to thrive in multiple roles—family members, professionals, owners and future owners, and leaders in their communities. This role ensures that each individual is prepared to pursue their unique callings, steward resources faithfully, and contribute meaningfully to the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of learning and curriculum design.
  • Strong coaching skills.
  • Ability to manage programs end-to-end, including planning and logistics.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient with modern learning technologies and virtual platforms.
  • Adaptable to different life stages, locations, and learning styles.
  • High discernment, integrity, and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Build on existing curriculum, further strengthening a more robust foundation, introduce new content for learning programs for Cathy Family members, spanning middle school through adulthood.
  • Partner with family members to create individualized development plans that align with personal callings and professional aspirations.
  • Provide career coaching and guidance to family members, including support in choosing college majors, exploring professional aspirations, and throughout their professional careers.
  • Ensure learning programs are effective and aligned with the objectives set by the Family Council.
  • Integrate innovative learning technologies and varied delivery methods to engage diverse age groups, skill levels, and accommodate location needs for family members across different cities.
  • Curate and manage a mix of internal and external learning engagements by proactively building relationships within and outside the family enterprise.
  • Deliver content and facilitate engaging discussions periodically.
  • Maintain and enhance internal communication tools, including the family newsletter, to keep members informed of business and foundation updates.
  • Collaborate with governance groups and present learning initiatives to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared understanding across the family enterprise.
  • Oversee program logistics from start to finish, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-program evaluation to ensure seamless delivery.
