The Learning & Development Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Learning & Development team. This role is responsible for coordinating training programs, managing learning systems and communications, supporting onboarding and compliance efforts, and ensuring a consistent learner experience. This position is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Have previous Office or administrative experience
  • Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and tracking for L&D programs
  • Maintain training calendars, events, and resources
  • Manage L&D tickets and inquiries, including basic troubleshooting, escalation, and follow-up
  • Manage L&D communications and content distribution using Constant Contact and related tools
  • Maintain learning resources, documentation, and knowledge repositories; assist with content updates and compliance tracking.
  • Produce routine reporting and updates, including monthly L&D communications and participation tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to the L&D team
