We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support staff learning programs. Our goal as a team is to create opportunities for learning at all levels of our environmental and geotechnical consulting firm. This is a full-time position located in our Seattle, WA office. As a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator within our Human Resources team (known at H&A as Human Potential), you will play a vital role in supporting and administering a range of employee development programs and training initiatives across our organization. You will be part of a highly collaborative team designing, developing, and maintaining learning programs. This role includes administrative duties such as coordinating learning logistics, collecting feedback, managing communications, supporting our Learning Management System (LMS), and providing content and programming support. You’ll interact with multiple stakeholders, use a variety of digital tools and platforms, and help ensure that our staff have impactful learning experiences.
