About The Position

As Principal IT Analyst, Release Train Engineer for the SAP S/4HANA
implementation at Honeywell, you will lead the Agile Release Train/s to build
S/4 HANA capabilities for all Strategic Business Groups (SBG’s) and Business
Models across Honeywell. Reporting to the Director IT Program Management, this
role owns the strategy, governance, and execution of S/4HANA Build for the Agile
Release Trains at an enterprise level.

In this role, you will impact the organization's technology strategies and
projects, aligning them with business objectives. Your expertise will lead to
data-informed decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and
contributing to the organization's technology roadmap. By analyzing complex IT
systems and offering innovative solutions, you will play a key role in shaping
the future of technology at Honeywell.

You will report directly to our Director, IT Program Management and you’ll work
out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to
work 100% onsite M-F
