Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve demand and supply planning, inventory deployment, warehouse and transportation operations, and order fulfillment while ensuring alignment to business priorities and enterprise S/4 strategy.
  • Serve as the business owner for Planning and Logistics solutions across the end-to-end value stream, defining transformation priorities, representing operational requirements, and driving alignment between business, operations, and design teams throughout the SAP S/4 program.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through the full project life cycle, from process design and requirements definition through testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Help establish scalable planning and logistics practices, identify opportunities to standardize processes, and drive adoption of best-in-class tools and methods.
  • Define scope, priorities, milestones, and success metrics in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Manage interdependencies across procurement, manufacturing, fulfillment, and customer delivery.
  • Proactively mitigate risk.
  • Provide clear updates to senior leadership on status, issues, decisions, and business impact.
