About The Position

Provide professional functional and/or programming support for System pillar of focus applications, products, and custom IT Solutions within the organization. Positions at this level apply extensive and advanced principles, theories and concepts and may contribute to the development of solutions to complex problems that require innovation and ingenuity. Acts as a system expert or business consultant on complex project/products or system for System pillar of focus applications through functional business process knowledge. Manage small to large projects and products. Addresses topics and issues that are both strategic (long term) and operational (immediate) in nature. Formulates systems scope and objectives and resolves complex technical issues. Ensures that improvements in and/or changes to operations are implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Provides technical and operational guidance to ensure that installed systems are working successfully and proposed systems will meet the organization's future needs. Acts as a source and mentor for direction, training/skills development and guidance for less experienced departmental staff. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 or more years Experience as a business systems analyst supporting pillar of focus.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years Deep Business knowledge/experience within any pillar of focus application.
• 5 years Project or Product Management experience; use of toolkits
