Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. As Principal Information Systems Project Manager, you will report functionally to the SDS Engineering Functional Homeroom. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and support the Sentinel Program. You will be expected to oversee large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion that span across functional organizations. You will implement strategic project management practices, engage with senior leadership, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical requirements. In addition to leading and directing project teams, you will prepare project execution plans and identify appropriate technical and business resources. For your daily tasks and direction, you will report to your Assignment Manager.

Requirements

5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD, 4 additional years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
Must have knowledge/experience of Systems Engineering “V” Life Cycle, or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
Must be knowledgeable in Atlassian Suite (i.e. Jira and Confluence).
Must have knowledge/experience in projects related to Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, SW Dev, IT Operations, Cyber, Data.
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity.

Experience as a Control Account Manager or Program Manager with robust Full Criteria Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience (labor, material, Subs, IWOs)
Experience with risk and opportunity management
Experience with contract actions and vehicles (i.e. CDRLS)
