About The Position

We are seeking a Principal HW/SW Integration Engineer Lead with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience. The role requires 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, with a strong focus on systems-level development testing and integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a track record of delivering high-impact solutions, and experience with I&T integration and test. Responsibilities include developing and executing system-level and HIL test procedures, understanding requirements verification and validation processes, and troubleshooting integrated HW/SW systems in a lab environment. The role also requires the ability to professionally communicate project status and collaborate on technical solutions with clients and peers. An Active Secret Clearance is required, and the ability to work onsite 100% with up to 25% travel is necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline or related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)
  • Experience leading technical projects or mentoring junior engineers
  • Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Familiarity with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools (Cameo, AADL)
  • Experience with Signal Processing Implementation
  • Experience communicating and documenting complex technical designs
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
