About The Position

This is a Philadelphia-based private equity firm investing in lower middle market businesses across the healthcare sector. The firm targets companies with up to $100M in revenue, partnering with founders and management teams to drive operational and strategic growth. With a focused, thesis-driven approach to healthcare investing, the team brings deep sector expertise and a hands-on value creation playbook to each portfolio company. The firm is seeking a Principal to join its healthcare-focused investment team. This is a senior role on the deal team, sitting between VP and Partner, with meaningful ownership across the full investment lifecycle — from origination through exit. The Principal will serve as a day-to-day deal lead, managing both junior professionals and external partners while working closely with senior leadership on strategy and portfolio direction. This is an ideal opportunity for a PE investor with established healthcare expertise who is ready to operate with greater autonomy, build relationships independently, and step into a near-Partner seat at a firm where their impact will be highly visible.
