The Supply Chain function is part of the Global Design, Development and Delivery team and is responsible for securing, managing, and optimizing long lead equipment and supplier relationships required to deliver Ada’s data center developments globally. The team defines global sourcing strategies, supplier frameworks, and procurement governance, while enabling regional teams to execute effectively at the project level. The Global Supply Chain Lead will define and execute Ada’s global procurement and supply chain strategy in support of its data center development platform. This role is accountable for building and scaling a globally coordinated procurement function, including systems, processes, governance, and team structures required to support multi-region growth. This position oversees global sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, procurement governance, and supply chain risk management. The role is focused on long lead equipment and mission-critical systems, with near-term prioritization on building Ada’s Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) program, securing production capacity, and establishing planning and inventory capabilities to support future developments. The position provides both strategic leadership and operational oversight across global procurement, long-lead material planning, vendor qualification, and commercial negotiations. In this role, you will partner with leadership, legal, project controls and regional delivery teams to ensure materials and equipment are aligned with construction schedules, cost targets, and technical requirements, while building the platforms and processes that enable consistent execution globally.
