About The Position

GliaCell is seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to support a U.S. Government customer on one of their subcontracts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems for a large government contract. This high-priority role supports the RECON team within CNO, focusing on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact. You will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems. As part of a small team, you will work to establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizance. This will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.

Requirements

  • Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • 12 years of Professional/Education experience & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree.
  • Works well independently as well as on a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution.
  • Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular).
  • Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
  • RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python.
  • Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD).

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CNO experience.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
