About The Position

Develops Web applications by using TypeScript 4.0+, JavaScript, Angular 11+. Defines, maintains, and supports Java, JEE development using Spring/Spring Boot framework and ORM frameworks -- MyBatis and Hibernate. Builds and deploys applications in a DevOps environment using Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools -- GitHub, Maven, and Jenkins. Develops and designs databases by using PL/SQL and T-SQL. Provides Docker and Kubernetes containerization using Helm, ConfigMaps, and YAML. Deploys RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) design, includes versions, and API documentation, using Swagger. Tests automation frameworks (Junit, Mockito, PowerMock, Karma, Jasmine, and Protractor). Implements CI/CD pipelines to deploy Python Lambda, Layers, and other Amazon Web Services (AWS) Objects. Provides ongoing support for Production issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Principal Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) integrating complex systems to create seamless and efficient enterprise solutions, ensuring robust and reliable business applications using Apache Camel, Mulesoft, or Spring REST.
• Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) developing the end-to-end flow of Defined Contribution (DC) client data, using Java, AWS (Lambda, S3, and SQS), Spring Boot, Attivio, and Postgres on AWS.
• DE developing integration between multiple systems using Apache Camel, MuleSoft or Spring REST API; and performing application build and deployment, using Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD), Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub.
• DE articulating REST API strategies and designs, using RAML, Swagger or Open API Specifications, and API Lifecycle management.
• DE developing interactive data visualization reports using HTML, Typescript, Javascript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Angular or EXTJS.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Principal Full Stack Engineer (or closely related occupation) integrating complex systems to create seamless and efficient enterprise solutions, ensuring robust and reliable business applications using Apache Camel, MuleSoft, or Spring REST.

Responsibilities

• Participates in architecture design teams.
• Defines and implements application level architecture.
• Develops applications on complex projects, components, and subsystems for the division.
• Recommends development testing tools and methodologies and reviews and validates test plans.
• Responsible for QA readiness of software deliverables.
• Develops comprehensive documentation for multiple applications or subsystems.
• Establishes full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
• Responsible for meeting project goals on-time and on-budget.
• Advises on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects.
• Plans and coordinates project schedules and assignments for multiple projects.
• Acts as a primary liaison for business units to resolve various project/technology issues.
• Provides technology solutions to daily issues and technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives.
• Advises senior management on technical strategy.
• Mentors junior team members.
• Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several divisional initiatives.
• Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.
