About The Position

This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Bellevue, or remote. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. This role may be remote or hybrid. At LinkedIn, hybrid roles are performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Remote roles are performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval. We are building the platform that a new kind of agents run on. These agents take on real work inside a company: sourcing candidates, qualifying pipeline, handling RFPs, keeping operations moving. You will bring the right agents to the right customers, across a wide range of work. Our go-to-market is still taking shape, and we are looking for someone with enough versatile business acumen to plug in and help create it. The work will be a combination of three things: working directly with customers, working with cross-team and external partners, and turning what you learn in those rooms into elastic workforce playbooks. Those playbooks serve us internally, and they serve customers and partners driving AI transformation in their own organizations and with their customers. Expect a lot of discovery, and a lot of systematizing what you discover.

Requirements

BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

The judgment that comes with principal-level scope. You can set direction in an area that does not have one yet, and other people can follow it.
Business judgment that travels. You can move between a customer conversation, a partner discussion, and an internal roadmap review without losing the thread.
A bias toward systematizing. You do not just solve the problem in front of you, you write down how it is solved.
You are able to simplify. You have good judgment about what to leave out, and you make complicated systems feel obvious.
Ability to bring order, calm, and maturity to messy situations.

Responsibilities

Work with customers on their real deployments, and stay close enough to see what actually happens after the pilot.
Work with partners on how our agents reach and land in their accounts.
Turn those interactions into repeatable playbooks: what to deploy first, what to measure, what to expect, what to avoid.
Feed what you learn back into the product, so the next customer starts further along than the last one.
Operate at all altitudes depending on what is needed: sourcing leads and closing deals, working directly with customers on deployments, collaborating on our pricing and packaging structure, and building playbooks for all of the above.
