Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
  • Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
  • Experience with EVMS
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Independent, motivated, and able to collaborate across the organization with the ability to drive independent analysis in a highly dynamic and constantly expanding environment
  • Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance
  • Demonstrated experience meeting critical deadlines with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of GSCM/Ops/Quality "Standard Structure"

Responsibilities

  • Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
  • Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
  • Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
  • Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)
  • Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
  • Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
  • Various ad hoc exercises
