About The Position

The Operations/Supply Chain (OSC) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a P3 Principal Financial Analyst supporting the ASDS Mission Area, specifically the TPY portfolio. The candidate will work on a team of Operations Analysts executing all aspects of the production finance processes (EACs, EVMS, etc). The ideal candidate will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis, bandwidth management, guidance and insights. They will be expert communicators, able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay timing critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments. Lastly, they will prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership
  • An understanding of material EACs cradle-to-grave (Gate 3 – Gate 11)
  • Ability to absorb performance indicators to create consolidated executive presentations
  • Knowledgeable of varying lifecycle program controls
  • Strong experience with Excel and other business analytical tools
  • Experience with financial evaluations of programs performance
  • Strong understanding of company command media, disclosures and GAAP
  • Understanding of operations/material systems and processes
  • A subject matter resource willing to execute analysis side-by-side with team members
  • Convey business acumen to stakeholders without financial backgrounds or expertise
  • Comfort taking on dynamic environments and new challenges
  • Clear, succinct and polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in PRISM, Business Warehouse

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while infusing expertise and best practices into the organization.
  • Side-by-side analysis with working teams to drive analytical capability growth and appropriate functional ownership accountability to the results generated.
  • Understanding the drivers within their respective program areas and determine trends or drifts within the organization; ultimately consolidating information, identifying critical metrics and recommending / executing solutions to challenges as appropriate.
  • Serving as a critical business partner providing insight and guidance to Mission Areas and Business Unit Leadership.
