About The Position
Seeking a Principal Engineer to support the development of next-generation catheter-based technologies within a growing vascular R&D organization. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of medical device product development experience, with strong preference for balloon catheter or catheter-based device expertise. This individual will lead projects from concept through commercialization, including design, prototyping, testing, verification, and manufacturing transfer.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of medical device product development experience
- Balloon catheter or catheter-based device expertise
- Experience in interventional cardiology, vascular, structural heart, electrophysiology, or other catheter-based medical device development
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through commercialization
- Design, prototyping, testing, verification, and manufacturing transfer of next-generation catheter-based technologies
