Principal Engineer, System Architecture

Analog DevicesColorado Springs, CO

About The Position

Analog Devices (ADI) is a global semiconductor leader focused on bridging the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge. ADI combines analog, digital, AI, and software technologies into solutions for climate change, connectivity, automation, robotics, mobility, healthcare, energy, and data centers. The GMSL (Gigabit Multimedia Serial Links) team at ADI develops industry-leading IC solutions for transporting high-bandwidth video and data within vehicles. This role involves defining future technologies and products (3-5 years out) by collaborating with customers, engineering teams, and conducting research. You will work with IC design teams on technical possibilities and business management on new IP and product business cases. GMSL is becoming an industry standard through the OpenGMSL Association (OGA). This role requires technical representation for ADI in the OGA, contributing to standard development, and becoming a trusted system-level technical advisor to customers, OGA members, and work groups. The goal is to extend the product line and make ADI GMSL the preferred choice for automotive OEMs.
