Requirements
- Ability to travel to customer locations with a flexible schedule - support business needs 24x7 including weekends as required
- Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 lbs.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong experience with: Networking and Networking protocols
- Layer 2 & Layer 3 switching
- SANs including iSCSI and Fiber Channel
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI deployments preferred
- Hyper-Converged Infrastructure experience a plus
- High Performance Cluster experience a plus
- 10+ years of related industry experience with bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Industry certifications desired (CCNA,CCNP, Nvidia Certifications, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our technical solution team members to meet customer needs.
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact; facilitating continuous improvement.
- Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience.
- Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise level hardware/software AI data center solutions.
- Subject matter expert in key technology areas including server, storage, and networking
- Adherence in established organizational common practices and delivery methodologies
