Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or applications engineering for mixed signal or semiconductor products.
  • Strong understanding of mixed signal design, applications, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and market development.
  • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, industry events, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for mixed signal products, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and guide product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and applications teams from disperse time zones to define product features and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands.
  • Create technical marketing collateral such as articles, videos, presentations, and white papers.
  • Inspire, excite and support sales teams using technical expertise during customer engagements, product launches, and training sessions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote mixed signal solutions.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and field teams to drive continuous improvement in the customer adoption process.
  • Monitor product performance and market adoption, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
