Where You Will Work    Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering with 7 years of experience, OR
Master’s degree with 5 years of experience, OR
PhD with 3 years of experience in a related engineering field.
Advanced knowledge of extractive metallurgy and/or mineral processing engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Awareness of occupational hazards and safety practices.
Must be able to travel and perform work at 3,000+ meter elevation.

Nice To Haves

Experience in technical leadership and mentoring preferred.
Participation in industry events and continuous learning preferred.
Mineral processing plant operations experience
Ability to plan and execute metallurgical test programs to develop datasets for process design
Experience supporting mineral processing projects with flowsheet development and process design
Experience integrating ore characterization test work into models
Demonstrated experience managing geometallurgical programs
