Position Summary: Gl obal Financial Crimes Technology is seeking a senior, business‑minded Gen AI leader to drive enterprise adoption of agentic AI use cases from strategy through execution. This role sits at the intersection of executive leadership, applied AI, and operational transformation—partnering with senior stakeholders while maintaining a deep, practical understanding of how Gen AI solutions are identified, built, tested, governed, and scaled. This job is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach for solutions at the program or portfolio level, to deliver significant business outcomes. Key responsibilities include continuously improving the design, quality, and reuse of the solution and delivering technology enablers that improve development efficiencies for the solution. Job expectations include familiarity with at least one area of engineering, acting as a “go to” reference across the organization, and applying knowledge to improve technical competencies through recruitment and development activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of job related experience required.
  • Proven experience leading large‑scale technology or AI‑driven transformation initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence at C‑suite and senior leadership levels.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI and agentic AI concepts (e.g., orchestration, autonomy, human‑in‑the‑loop), with the credibility to engage practitioners.
  • Commercially and operationally astute, able to connect AI capabilities to tangible business outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating between strategy and execution in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business priorities into high‑impact Gen AI and agentic AI use cases; shape investment decisions and adoption roadmaps.
  • Define and manage the Gen AI use‑case portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, and scalability.
  • Maintain hands‑on familiarity with agentic workflows, orchestration patterns, and model capabilities to ensure solutions are practical, resilient, and outcome‑driven.
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, risk, and compliance teams to guide use cases from ideation through proof‑of‑concept, pilot, and production.
  • Ensure Gen AI adoption aligns with enterprise standards for security, privacy, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption through clear communication, success metrics, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Develops the engineering approach for the entire program/portfolio solution and works with Architecture, to develop/analyze/deliver the implementation of technical enablers
  • Leads the planning, definition, and design of the complex features which span multiple teams and explore solution alternatives
  • Creates ideas on designing complex technology and solution development approaches
  • Leads the technical oversight for teams in solution development including design reviews and code within own domain
  • Defines the technology tool stack for the solution within ranged of internally approved and supported technologies
  • Explores state-of-the-art technologies to improve development efficiencies, quality of test/QA coverage, and release management
  • Leads and is responsible for the end-to-end test strategy/creation/adherence, and the integration between teams for a program/portfolio solution
