About The Position

We're looking for a strategic technology leader who can shape the future of enterprise platforms and engineering practices. As a Principal Engineer, you'll provide deep technical expertise, influence senior leadership, and drive the design of scalable, reusable solutions that support evolving business priorities. In this role, you'll help treat platforms as products—establishing ownership, defining roadmaps, and driving adoption across the organization. You'll guide investment decisions by balancing business value, cost, risk, and delivery considerations while promoting engineering standards that improve consistency and quality across teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree
  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering) or 15+ years relevant experience

  • Exposure to managing reusable platforms or services with defined ownership, roadmaps, and adoption focus.
  • Prioritization frameworks and decision support

  • Familiarity with driving consistency in delivery practices, documentation, or engineering standards across teams.
