Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 12+ years of experience in AI systems and solutions, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a PhD with 6+ years of experience.
Demonstrated expertise in AI productization platforms, deep learning models, and systems architecture.
Proven experience in solution design, systems validation, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, programming languages such as Python or C++, and AI infrastructure tools.
A strong track record of disciplined execution and delivering complex technical projects to market.

Experience with reinforcement learning, autonomous systems, or sim2real applications.

Responsibilities

Design and develop integrated AI solutions, including deep learning and machine learning systems, that meet customer requirements and operational constraints.
Serve as a key contributor to AI systems architecture, translating business opportunities into actionable use cases and product specifications.
Lead the definition of hardware and software components, ensuring performance optimization, reliability, and maintainability across the system lifecycle.
Develop and innovate in areas such as reinforcement learning, policy learning, computer vision, simulation, and robotics.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of component-level choices, factoring in performance, features, cost, security, scalability, and sustainability.
Lead the implementation and integration of AI systems, deploying solutions, executing benchmarks, and delivering technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze next-generation opportunities, define research directions, and contribute directly to the AI product roadmap.
Mentor and develop other technical leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
