About The Position

Our employees work on the world’s most advanced electronics – from detecting threats for F-35 pilots to illuminating the night for soldiers. Spanning air, land, sea, and space, we are developing the technology of tomorrow, delivered today. Drawing strength from our differences, we’re innovating for the future. And you can, too. We’re seeking talented Principal level Software engineers with strong communications and software development skills, with an aptitude for the development and maintenance of embedded product software. This includes implementation of software solutions and management practices; test software using debuggers, emulators, and simulators; execution of software releases, upgrades, custom interfaces and software quality assurance activities; supporting customers who are implementing our software on their hardware platforms. As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the full software lifecycle from requirements, algorithm, software and hardware development through integration and testing. Duties include planning, specification development, coding and testing moderately complex software programs and assisting in other engineering activities such as integration testing, algorithm & data analysis and software troubleshooting. We will provide you opportunities to learn, leverage our current technologies, incorporate new technologies, and be a leader in our engineering organization. We put our customers first – exemplified by our mission: “We Protect Those Who Protect Us®.” Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed fulltime on site.
