  • Experience in RF system design, digital and analog signal processing, waveform and signal-modulation characteristics and analysis, and/or algorithm implementation and testing.
  • Ability to integrate software and firmware into electronic hardware systems.
  • Ability to read and integrate software routines with hardware/electronics; C, C++, or C# preferred.
  • Experience developing or testing advanced algorithms related to spectral sensing, cognitive EW, or adaptive jamming.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, MATLAB, or Python for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and test team through all phases of the product lifecycle, planning and executing integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities in laboratory and field environments.
  • Support development, integration, and testing of advanced Electronic Warfare systems, including Electronic Support (ESM) and Electronic Attack (EA) capabilities.
  • Analyze and characterize RF waveforms, threat emitter behavior, radar signal processing, and modern threat system architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering Integrated Product Team Leads.
  • Develop solutions to complex technical challenges in signal processing design.
  • Create or modify electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including simulations and laboratory tests, to verify system capability.
  • Evaluate functional performance of developmental RF systems, including signal-processing subsystems and firmware/control algorithms.
  • Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations using analysis tools such as MATLAB.
  • Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and lead periodic team meetings, interface teleconferences, and working-group meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to refine system requirements, support algorithm development, and assess system performance against threat scenarios.
  • Document design decisions, test results, and system behaviors for reviews, readiness events, and customer deliverables.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed.
