Principal Electronic Warfare Lead System Engineer

RTXAtlanta, GA
$107,500 - $204,500Onsite

About The Position

The Advanced Airborne RF Sensors department within the Space and Airborne Systems Engineering and Test Capability (SE&TC) Center seeks a Principal Electronic Warfare (EW) Lead System Engineer who integrates hardware and software, develops test plans and procedures, debugs and evaluates system functions and interfaces, and verifies system requirements in support of final sell-off to the customer. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab and in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this lead role, you'll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together by leading a team of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts. You will help lead Electronic Warfare product development, engineering testing, integration and flight-testing, production, system deployment, and post deployment support across the product lifecycle. Through Digital Transformation (DTx) you will perform these functions using a variety of methods and enabling technologies, including Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development. This position is an onsite role in Atlanta, Georgia
