About The Position

The Effector Digital Products department designs digital electronic circuit cards and electronic units, supporting them from proposal through transition to production. Its systems are designed for environments ranging from the vacuum of space to desert heat and ocean depths. The Digital, RF and Power Team seeks a Principal Digital Design Engineer to collaborate with engineers on digital electronics for missile guidance, video, and digital signal processing. The technology base includes high-speed digital electronics, configurable logic, and homogeneous and heterogeneous multiprocessor designs. The engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules and/or circuit card assemblies (CCAs) for missile applications. The position is 100% onsite in Tucson, Arizona. An active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required before starting; U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain an interim clearance is also required before the start date. Relocation is offered.
