As a Principal, Data Scientist, you will lead the development of world‑class marketing analytics that inform and optimize Walmart US Marketing investments. You will operate as a senior individual contributor and thought leader, influencing strategy through advanced analytics and close partnership with Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and Technology teams. This is a highly visible role with broad impact across the organization, focused on shaping how marketing channels and business levers work together to drive customer engagement, incremental sales, and long‑term growth.
