To support this shift, we are seeking a Principal - Data Platform Strategy to help agencies maximize the value of Adobe’s data and content capabilities and position Adobe as their strategic partner in building scalable, future-ready platforms. This high-visibility role sits within the Americas Enterprise Sales organization and is part of the Digital Strategy Group’s Data and AI Platform team. You will serve as a trusted advisor and evangelist, guiding agencies and their clients on how to leverage Adobe’s data platform capabilities to accelerate collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in data platforms, collaboration models, and agency strategies, with the ability to rapidly absorb new information across technologies, products, and competitive landscapes.
  • 10+ years of experience in data strategy, martech/adtech, or agency consulting, with a track record of helping agencies integrate data platforms into their client delivery models.
  • Familiarity with CDP’s and related technologies for data ingestion, governance, activation, and measurement.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and engagements simultaneously; has the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and drive multiple ongoing projects forward.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire agency leaders and evangelize Adobe’s vision.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills: ability to analyze data, develop hypotheses, document business cases, and synthesize recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment across internal teams and external agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects, and Sales to help agencies and enterprise customers understand Adobe’s data platform offerings and integrate them into client workflows.
  • Evangelize Adobe’s vision for data collaboration and content strategy, inspiring agency leaders to embrace new operating models and deliver greater client value.
  • Stay up-to-date on Adobe's latest technology plus the broader advertising & media industry trends and competitive landscape to develop business use cases and points of view (POVs) on data strategy topics relevant to agency executives and cross-industry leadership.
  • Support Sales in account planning, demos, workshops, Customer Executive Councils (CECs), and executive meetings with agency partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, legal, etc.) to refine Adobe’s messaging on data strategy and agency positioning.
  • Represent Adobe at conferences and industry events, serving as a thought leader and evangelist for data collaboration.
  • Create and deliver enablement sessions for agency teams and Adobe field organizations.
  • Serve as an internal Voice of the Customer for agencies, working with cross-functional teams to ensure that agency and customer needs are reflect in Adobe's roadmap and go-to-market strategy
