About The Position

We have an outstanding opportunity with the Enterprise Customer Analytics Hub (ECAH) team that is building an enterprise solution for Identity & Profile Analytics to enable cross-BU customer insights. As a Principal Data Analyst, you will influence and contribute to the design and development of data services in support of ECAH.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or data engineering.
  • Expertise in capturing business requirements and translating them into data solutions.
  • Skilled at effectively defining use cases and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Ability to define user stories and validate the impact of changes to datasets and data models.
  • Ability to break up complex work into digestible work elements with a good, applied knowledge of agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent understanding of SQL, Snowflake, AWS & Python.
  • Ability to independently wrangle datasets to obtain valuable insights.
  • Ability to understand and communicate sophisticated concepts effectively to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
  • Passion for continuous learning, mastering new skills, and keeping abreast of the latest innovations across data analytics.
  • Strong data analysis and data profiling skills.
  • Ability to define robust test scenarios.
  • Experience navigating integrated enterprise data and working across multi-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify alternative approaches and make recommendations on the benefits and shortcomings of each approach.
  • Ability to unravel a mystery – data, business process or organizational.
  • Apply data management and data modeling practices when building data solutions.
  • Effective communicator with a good ability to cultivate relationships.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing data pipelines.
  • Experience working with enterprise data lakes and Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
