About The Position

Perform concept development, design, test, implementation planning, and tier four support within the Chief Security Office Managed Security Services. This role involves performing network security, encryption control, IT Security/Audit, Business Process Reviews, and IT Risk Assessment to ensure the functioning of data processing activities and security measures. The Principal Cybersecurity will develop integrated plans to protect corporate assets and information technology, work with teams, and lead on responses to improve productivity and quality on audit projects from a technology perspective. Key responsibilities include identifying control weaknesses and providing recommendations on process improvement, enhancements, and standards of controls, as well as reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring procedures and systems of internal controls and establishing standardized methodologies and procedures for system maintenance.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Technology or Computer Science and 3 years of experience in the job offered, or 3 years of in a related occupation performing network security, encryption control, IT Security/Audit, Business Process Reviews, and IT Risk assessment to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience in a related occupation performing network security, encryption control, IT Security/Audit, Business Process Reviews, and IT Risk assessment to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures.

Responsibilities
