About The Position

Tinuiti is hiring a Principal Creative Intelligence Analyst to lead creative performance analysis and shape how the agency measures, explains, and acts on creative performance. Reporting to the Vice President, Creative Services, this hands-on role owns the creative learning loop for complex and strategically important accounts and helps develop the processes, workflows, and frameworks used across the team. The role has no direct reports; its influence comes through the quality of its work, judgment, and contribution to the team’s standards. The analyst partners with Creative Studio, Creative Strategy, Performance Media, Influencer/Creator, Client Partner teams, and project managers to turn performance data into analysis and recommendations. The role owns creative performance reads, testing insights, and recommendations, while media and channel teams retain responsibility for campaign management, budgets, bidding, and in-platform execution. The position is fully remote. The successful candidate combines analytical rigor with an understanding of advertising creative. They will assess how asset elements affect outcomes, design and interpret experiments, communicate findings to clients and senior stakeholders, and build tools and repeatable practices that help creative learnings compound across accounts. The role requires independent ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to defend evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance creative, paid social analytics, or creative strategy, preferably in an agency environment, with a record of owning high-stakes client analysis.
  • Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems, take direction, own work from start to finish, flag risks early, and propose solutions.
  • Experience designing or improving workflows, frameworks, and standards and turning them into repeatable practices.
  • Strong attention to analytical quality, including identifying gaps in logic, weak evidence, and unsupported conclusions.
  • Deep working knowledge of paid social and video platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google, including YouTube.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Motion, Bliss Point, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate insight identification, data analysis, or consumer research, and judgment to check and edit AI output before client delivery.
  • Analytical rigor and a strong understanding of advertising creative.
  • Experience presenting complex analysis to clients and senior stakeholders with maturity and composure, adapting the message to different audiences.
  • Ability to defend evidence-based findings and recommendations, including explaining why a preferred asset did not perform.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence without authority across media, strategy, creative, and client teams in a remote environment.
  • Comfort managing workflows, project requests, and cross-functional communication with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Amazon and marketplaces, streaming and linear TV, online video, and audio.
  • Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Gemini, Waldo, and Motion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative performance analysis for complex, high-spend, or strategically important accounts, anchoring findings to client business goals and lower-funnel outcomes.
  • Use upper-funnel and engagement metrics to diagnose creative drivers, distinguish creative effects from media effects, identify ad fatigue, and assess creative mix and journey-stage coverage.
  • Analyze the creative assets themselves—including format, fidelity, messaging, hooks, visual treatment, and creator or voice—and turn findings into specific, testable guidance.
  • Close the creative learning loop by evaluating results against hypotheses and feeding conclusions into subsequent creative and testing plans.
  • Help design and refine team processes, workflows, and methodologies, including hypotheses, test plans, tagging and naming standards, learning records, readouts, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Pilot new approaches on real accounts, document results, and convert successful practices into repeatable standards.
  • Produce accurate, rigorous, clear work that can serve as a team reference standard; offer peer review, coaching, and feedback when appropriate.
  • Own measurement and creative interpretation for complex tests, contribute to testing frameworks and roadmaps, and apply sound practices for hypotheses, sample sizes, statistical significance, and incrementality.
  • Translate analysis into prioritized recommendations for media, strategy, and Studio teams, including what to iterate, retire, or test next and relevant tradeoffs.
  • Present and defend analysis in weekly highlights, monthly insights, quarterly deep dives, and post-flight analyses; tailor communication to senior marketing and business audiences and represent the function in pitches and strategic conversations as needed.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to build and manage dashboards, learning records, and cross-client libraries; partner on tagging, naming, and tooling, identify tool gaps, and review and edit AI-generated output before client use.
  • Monitor industry creative and media performance, competitor and cultural trends, and agency benchmarks; identify market shifts that should affect recommendations.
  • Manage priorities across accounts and projects, proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers, and propose solutions and recommended paths.
