Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advance Degree in a related field and minimum of 3 years experience.
Experience with financial controls supporting multiple contract types.
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Experience with Raytheon EVMS processes and/or Department of Defense EVMS standards and procedures.
Working knowledge of SAP financial transactions.
Experience preparing, analyzing, or reviewing program financial data, including costs, schedules, forecasts, and variances.
Experience preparing financial or program performance reports for internal or external stakeholders.
Experience presenting financial or program information to management and external organizations, including audit or oversight agencies such as DCAA or DCMA.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial analysis, documentation, reporting, and presentations.
U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience managing a portfolio of multiple programs or contracts.
Experience supervising, mentoring, or providing work direction to financial or program controls analysts.
Experience with IPMDAR reporting.
Experience preparing quarterly EACs and monthly forecasts.

Experience identifying financial or program data discrepancies and documenting corrective actions.
Experience using business information systems to retrieve, analyze, and report financial or program data.
Experience analyzing financial trends and variances and communicating results to senior leadership.

Experience coordinating multiple assignments, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
Experience working independently to plan, schedule, and complete assigned work.
Experience providing work direction, assigning priorities, monitoring progress, and reviewing completed work.
Experience developing or implementing improvements to financial analysis, reporting, or business processes.
Experience preparing written financial reports, presentations, and management briefings.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of business programs, including cost and schedule control and analysis using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Supervise and provide work direction to junior financial analysts.
Prepare and support monthly IPMDAR submissions.
Prepare quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs).
Perform financial variance analysis and forecasting.
Identify, document, and track program risks and opportunities.
Prepare internal and external financial and program performance reports.
Analyze program financial and performance data and provide results to program teams and management.
Prepare and deliver program planning, cost, schedule, and financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate assignments, priorities, and reporting schedules to meet established deadlines.
Review financial and program information for accuracy and completeness before management submission.
Provide cost, schedule, and program controls guidance based on established processes and program requirements.
