POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Principal CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to ensure safe adoption and growth of the Medtronic CoreValve System and future catheter-based therapy technologies. The CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist works closely with implanting teams and the Medtronic Catheter-based Therapies (CBT) and CVG field organizations to drive procedural and practice success. Provide expert clinical and technical support for TAVR and TAVI procedures, supporting valve preparation and deployment, and ensuring adherence to trial protocols, instructions for use, and best practices to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate and educate with physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic partners to deliver education, conduct in-services, drive safe program growth, communicate clinical evidence, and support territory business plans and sales objectives. CoreValve Therapy Development Specialists must have the ability to work outside of normal business hours. Territory for this role: Orlando, FL. Candidates must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 80% of the time; a valid driver's license, active insurance is required for this role. In addition, the final candidate must have a driving record that meets company standards.
