With studios in Austin, Boston, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle, Blink brings two decades of experience to research, design, and strategy for clients such as Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, NASA, Starbucks, and USAA. This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners. Location: Hybrid, Bellevue, WA Duration: 6 months, potential to extend.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating AI conversation or UX content design.
  • Deep understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Research.
  • Experience designing for GenAI, LLMs, or AI-driven systems.
  • Human-centered design

Responsibilities

  • Drive conversation design strategy for AI and automated experiences.
  • Define and evolve voice, tone, and personality guidelines aligned with T-Mobile’s brand.
  • Leverage research, analytics, and usability insights to optimize conversational journeys.
  • Create scalable frameworks and reusable patterns across platforms.
  • Design dialogue flows, scripts, and interaction models for chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Ensure clarity, inclusivity, accessibility, and customer-first language standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Research, and Engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to align on user needs and business goals.
  • Mentor and guide other conversation designers and cross-functional partners.
  • Advocate for best practices in AI-driven and conversational experiences.
  • Participate in qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.
  • Analyze conversational output and performance metrics to continuously improve experiences.
