Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
  • Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
  • Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
  • Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
  • Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
  • Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques
  • Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large-scale data migrations
  • Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements
  • A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends.
  • Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies
  • Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery
  • Pega Platform experience is preferred and will enable more effective leadership of Pega-based production services and transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Pega Platform architecture, case management, workflow automation, business rules, integrations, and enterprise application design.
  • Experience overseeing production support for Pega-based applications, including incident diagnosis, deployment support, platform health, and performance optimization.
  • Experience on Pega Cloud, Pega Infinity, DevOps pipelines, Deployment Manager, release management, environment management, and upgrade considerations.
  • Familiarity with Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), logs and alerts, queue processors, job schedulers, agents, data pages, case locks, database interactions, and integration failures.
  • Pega guardrails, application quality, reusable rules, ruleset governance, security, access groups, and production change controls.
  • Ability to guide Pega teams on proactive monitoring, regression automation, knowledge management, capacity planning, and reduction of recurring production issues
  • Command of ITSM and ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change, request, release, knowledge, and service level management.
  • Experience managing major incidents, executive communications, root cause analysis, operational risk, and service improvement programs.
  • Hands-on familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and monitoring or observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana.
  • Knowledge of Pega PDM, CI/CD, application integrations, databases, APIs, and enterprise security controls.
  • Leadership, analytical thinking, customer management, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.
