Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, business analysis, or learning development
  • Strong experience managing stakeholders and competing priorities in complex environments
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, if required (up to 25%)
  • Ability to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in learning development, healthcare systems, or EHR training preferred
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute product vision and priorities aligned to client and organizational goals
  • Independently manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and delivery outcomes
  • Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and Agile team, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Review and approve deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with requirements
  • Ensure all learning products are Section 508 compliant
  • Collaborate across Learning Designers, Learning Consultants, Production Managers, and Document Quality Analysts
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Leverage data, feedback, and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor and support junior Product Owners and team members
  • Promote consistency in Agile practices and team execution
