We are hiring an Account Manager for our Technology practice, based in New York. We will accept local candidates as well as anyone looking to relocate.

Requirements

2-5 years Rec-2-Rec experience
OR 2-5 years 360 Recruitment experience in a candidate short market
OR 2-5 years Inhouse/Talent Acquisition experience

Responsibilities

Generate new candidates against existing client requirements, no new business requirement
Facilitate and attend client meetings, offering strategic and practical solutions to clients
Stay abreast of market conditions and present findings to client in concise and clear manner
Identify opportunities for improved processes
