Appian Customer Success is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join their Public Sector team. This role involves engaging with public sector clients post-sales to develop software solutions on the Appian platform, driving digital transformation and competitive differentiation. The consultant will lead projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including defining, designing, developing, and implementing custom software and AI solutions. Responsibilities include working in an agile environment, understanding client business processes and technical needs, launching relational data models, developing APIs for system integration, partnering with Appian Architects and Technical Delivery Managers, and mentoring consultants. The role also involves brainstorming AI use cases, implementing Appian's AI tools using RAG, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models, collaborating with client technical teams and business users, and driving adoption by empowering clients to become self-sufficient.
