About The Position
Terraphase Engineering is an environmental consulting company seeking a Massachusetts LSP for a senior-level position to facilitate the expansion of our New England Operations. The ideal candidate is a motivated, visionary professional with a desire to play a pivotal role in shaping our local and corporate growth strategies. You will have the freedom and autonomy to develop your own practice area within Terraphase by leveraging our cutting-edge operational, managerial, and technical resources across the company and carve out a niche that aligns with your passion and expertise. Your role will include direct access to and meaningful collaboration with our Leadership Team to create a supportive environment where your staff can continuously develop and thrive within the environmental industry.
Requirements
- LSP Certification
- Hold an advanced degree in Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a similar field.
- 15+ years of experience in the Environmental industry
- State and federal-level regulatory expertise is required.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, computer, and interpersonal skills
- Established knowledge of the consulting field, with geographic knowledge of clientele and environmental consulting industry.
- Prior project management experience, business development skills, experience with state and federal environmental regulations/agencies, and a strong relationship with industrial and commercial clients are required.
Nice To Haves
- Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances (PFAS) experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage site investigation and remediation projects compliant with MA regulations
- Provide LSP certification for MCP projects
- Provide technical and project management leadership for projects across the nation
- Lead and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Client management

- Identify and recruit key staff for growth
- Identify and implement growth strategies
- Prepare project cost proposals and other deliverables
- Lead national RFP responses
