Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B supporting the San Francisco, CA market as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships through relationship management, understanding client needs, responding quickly, communicating proactively, managing expectations, and soliciting feedback. You will act as a subject matter expert to guide and influence others in growing relationships. You will also lead the strategy and resolution for the full suite of complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Commercial Banking Relationship Management company-wide strategies, and strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control. You will drive relationship planning activities and partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, leadership, and expertise on client and market needs.
